Download xfce theme manager

Get it here: https://github.com/KeithDHedger/Xfce-Theme-Manager/releases
Unpack, then cd into the folder and execute following commands:

./configure --prefix=/usr
make
sudo make install

et voila, you have the XFCE Theme manager in your menu
